Laughter, including Laughter Yoga and Ha Ha Zen

Laughing is fun, relaxing, and beneficial in many ways for our health, relationships, harmony, peace, and spiritual growth. As one spiritual master said, one can laugh one's way to enlightenment.

Laughter Yoga comprises three components: a little stretching, deep breathing, and many laughter exercises.

I give an introduction and demonstration of Laughter Yoga on a video made by Curtis Brunet for TVCogeco, Kingston.

Laughter Yoga is good for those who still need a structure. Structure can be a help but it may also be a constraint. However, even in laughter yoga one may go beyond constraint as in spontaneous laughter.

Ha Ha Zen refers to the humour and laughter of great Zen Masters and the Laughing Buddha. Such laughter can be liberating (see, for example, Freedom Laughter Mooji Papaji).

Laugh, and save the world.
